All shipments are insured against damage or loss.

Shipments are traceable.

At the time of shipment, the tracking code is sent, through which you can follow the progress of the shipment, 24 hours a day, on the courier's website.

The shipping cost is 6 Euros throughout Italy. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 69.00 EUROS

The cash on delivery costs €5 and is only available in Italy

Shipping is 15 Euros in European countries. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 299 EUROS

Shipping is 50 Euros to the rest of the world. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 499 EUROS

Fizio glam reserves the right to notify customers who purchase from foreign locations  details with different shipping policies and costs compared to current schemes  of couriers and to change shipping costs.

All shipped goods are carefully packaged. The document will be included in the package with a detailed indication of the prices and discounts applied, even in the event of sales.

For all shipments directed to countries that do not belong to the European Union, customs duties are paid by the recipient and are never included in the shipping cost.

The duty varies depending on the type of goods imported and is calculated based on the value declared on the proforma customs invoice.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders duly filled and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Finterno glam only on working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Fizio glam offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service made available by the couriers.  The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the tracking number provided by the courier which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are affected by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. European countries outside the EU (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected within 48 working hours. During the sales period, deliveries may be delayed due to the high amount of work.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation.

Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to Finterno glam  by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Finterno glam will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to Finizio glam at the Customer's expense. In this case it will be the responsibility of Finterno glam to deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
