All shipments are insured against damage or loss.

Shipments are traceable.

At the time of shipment, a tracking code is sent, through which you can follow the progress of your shipment, 24 hours a day, on the courier's website.

The shipping cost is 6 Euros throughout Italy for non-heavy products (e.g. quilts). FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 69.00 EUROS

The shipping cost is 10 Euros throughout Italy for heavy products (e.g. quilts). FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 150.00 EUROS

The pass costs €5 and is only available in Italy

Shipping is 15 Euros in European countries for non-heavy products (e.g. quilts). FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 299 EUROS

Shipping is 50 Euros to the rest of the world. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 499 EUROS

Finizio glam reserves the right to notify customers who purchase from foreign locations  particular with different shipping policies and costs than the current schemes  of couriers and to change shipping costs.

All shipped goods are carefully packaged. The package will include a document with detailed indication of prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are never included in the cost of shipping.

The duty varies depending on the type of goods imported and is calculated based on the value declared in the proforma invoice for customs.

ORDER EVASION

All orders duly filled and paid will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from Finizio glam only on working days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Finizio glam offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service provided by the couriers.  The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are dependent on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. European countries outside the EU (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected within 48 working hours. During the sales period, deliveries may be delayed due to the high workload.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation document. If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery confirmation document with reservation.

Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to Finizio glam  by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Finizio glam will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Finizio glam at the expense of the Customer. In this case, Finizio glam will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
