You can return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 14 from the shipping date and not the delivery date (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.

Premise:  this activity specializes in the sale of extremely intimate and delicate products, therefore we guarantee the utmost care and hygiene in the treatment of the goods and in the same way we are committed  to the scrupulous control of each return in order to guarantee our customers the best service, integrity and hygiene of the returned goods.

We cannot accept returns for items that are not in the same condition as they were sent and received. No exchanges of items are made.

BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN

Check that you meet the following requirements before sending the goods and follow these simple instructions to ensure that the return is accepted and you can receive your refund as soon as possible:

check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is packed carefully and in an orderly manner;

check that all the original labels are perfectly intact, that they have not been removed from the garment and are still fixed in the same condition as delivered, otherwise we cannot guarantee the refund of the product because the products would no longer be salable;

check the original packaging, envelope and/or box as the latter is considered  an integral part of the product and for this reason it must not be damaged or ruined and cannot be used as the only external packaging;

each returned garment can only be worn for proof of the same. It must not have been worn for other purposes or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;

the footwear must not have been used and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and for this reason it must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only external packaging;

some items, for example socks, have packaging that does not allow the product to be tried on, therefore the return of the latter is only permitted if the product/packaging has not been tampered with

IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not respected we will not be able to accept the return. If you request it, the items will be sent back to you at your expense.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN

2 - Tell us which products you want to return by marking the article and all the related data.

THE RETURN IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER

The costs are at your expense and will depend on the service you have chosen.  The package containing the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

REIMBURSEMENT

As soon as we receive the return, we will scrupulously verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund, which will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.

The refund usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

In the case of purchases made with free shipping at the time of return, the shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If the order was paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Gift Voucher that you can spend both on the site and in our physical stores - equal to the amount of the returned item - to be used within 30 days of receiving it.
