Finizio glam reserves the right to notify customers who purchase from foreign locations  particular with different shipping policies and costs than the current schemes  of couriers and to change shipping costs.

All shipped goods are carefully packaged. The package will include a document with detailed indication of prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are never included in the cost of shipping.

The duty varies depending on the type of goods imported and is calculated based on the value declared in the proforma invoice for customs.

ORDER EVASION

All orders duly filled and paid will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from Finizio glam only on working days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Finizio glam offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service provided by the couriers.  The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are dependent on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. European countries outside the EU (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected within 48 working hours. During the sales period, deliveries may be delayed due to the high workload.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation document. If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery confirmation document with reservation.

Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to Finizio glam  by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to Finizio glam will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Finizio glam at the expense of the Customer. In this case, Finizio glam will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.

As per the European directive, it is possible to return one or more items, without having ever used them, within 15 days from the date of shipment and not the delivery date (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products and net of shipping costs. After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.

Premise:  This business specializes in the sale of extremely intimate and delicate products, therefore we guarantee the utmost care and hygiene in the treatment of the goods and in the same way we are committed  to the scrupulous control of each return in order to guarantee our customers the best service, integrity and hygiene of the returned goods.

We cannot accept returns of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received. We do not accept exchanges of items.

BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN

Please check that you meet the following requirements before shipping your goods and follow these simple instructions to ensure that your return is accepted and you can receive your refund as soon as possible:

check that each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is carefully and neatly packaged;

check that all the original labels are perfectly intact, that they have not been removed from the item and are still attached in the same conditions as when delivered, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund for the product because they would no longer be saleable;

check the original packaging, envelope and/or box as the latter is considered  an integral part of the product and therefore must not be damaged or ruined and cannot be used as the sole external packaging;

Each returned item may only be worn for testing. It must not have been worn for any other purpose or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;

the shoes must not have been used and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and cannot be used as the only external packaging;

some items, such as socks, have packaging that does not allow you to try the product, therefore the return of these is only permitted if the product/packaging has not been tampered with.

IMPORTANT: If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return. If you request it, the items will be sent back to you at your expense.

2 - Tell us which products you want to return by marking the item and all the related data.

RETURN AND SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer in possession of the purchased product and will depend on the service chosen.  The package containing the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

REIMBURSEMENT

As soon as we receive the return, we will carefully check that all the conditions listed above have been respected: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.

Refunds usually occur within a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.

In the case of purchases made with free shipping, at the time of return, the shipping cost incurred by us will be withheld from the refunded amount.

If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer net of shipping and cash on delivery costs incurred by finzioglam.com during the purchase phase.

As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Gift Voucher to spend both on the site and in our physical stores - equal to the value of the returned item - to be used within 30 days of receiving it.
