Shipping policy

All shipments are insured against damage or loss.

Shipments are traceable with the exception of local COD deliveries.

At the time of shipment, the tracking code is sent, through which it is possible to follow the progress of the shipment, 24/7, on the courier's website.

The shipping cost is 6 Euros throughout Italy. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 69.00 EURO

The cash on delivery costs €5 and is only available in Italy

Shipping is 15 Euros in European countries. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 299 EURO

Shipping is 50 Euros to the rest of the world. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 499 EURO

Finizio glam reserves the right to notify customers who purchase from particular foreign locations with different shipping policies and costs compared to the current courier schemes and to change shipping costs.

All shipped goods are carefully packed. The document will be included in the package with detailed indication of the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

For all shipments to countries that do not belong to the European Union, customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are never included in the cost of the shipment.

The duty varies according to the type of goods imported and is calculated on the basis of the value declared on the proforma invoice for customs.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders duly completed and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from Finizio glam only on working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday.

Finizio glam offers its customers a shipping service that can be traced at any time, thanks to the service made available by the couriers. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within two days of shipment. EU European countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is indicatively expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is indicatively expected within 48 working hours. During the sales period, deliveries could be delayed due to the high workload.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve.

Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to Finizio glam by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Finizio glam will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to Finizio glam at the Customer's expense. In this case, Finizio glam will be responsible for deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
